Artist: H"palty
Single: Decadance/Paradise Lost
H"palty is an indie band hailing from Kyoto. I didn't find a lot of info about the band but they're worth checking out.
So far I haven't found any links to purchase their singles. It could be that they only sell their music at live concerts.
